Tokyu Plaza

Ever since I've been in Japan I have been really into the look of a loose sweater dress paired with knee high socks. It's so comfy yet adorable! This was my go to look for school last semester, but it's super wearable for the weekend when you don't want to spend too much time in the morning figuring out what to wear!

Some of you may recognize that these photos are taken at the Tokyu Plaza in Harajuku. I remember when I first came here back in September I fell in love with this place as the mirror architecture is so cool! I recommend paying it a visit if you come to Tokyo, as well they have some great shopping inside too!:)

 

Christmas Nails

I recently went to Ange Nail Salon in Shinjuku to get my nails done for the winter holidays. I was set on getting light blue with snowflakes and I am loving how they turned out!! In my case the more the bling the better:) They are so sparkly and perfect for Christmas, I can't help myself from constantly looking down at them!

Snapbacks & Killer Shoes

They say, the higher the heel the better you feel. I couldn't agree more, as I am slightly obsessed with these fabulous wedges from Murua! Murua is one of my favorite stores to shop at as they always have really unique pieces, especially their shoes! I love how this outfit has so much going on from head to toe. Sometimes "less is more" doesn't quite cut it for me ;)

 

Honey Bunch

I  died a little when I first saw this bag when I went shopping the other night at my favourite place..Shibuya 109. Shibuya 109 is a 10 floor department store full of shoes, bags, clothes, make up and accessories, aka the ultimate shopping heaven for any girl! This bag is from one of the stores called 'Honey Bunch'. It is the perfect medium sized bag with an adjustable strap and I am loving the combo of snake print and yellow. In the winter I tend to wear dark colours a lot so I'm always looking for ways to add a splash of bright colour. I will definitely be making an outfit post with this in the near future so stay tuned!

Weekend Style

This outfit is perfect for staying cozy while out for lunch with the girls or even on a date. Since winter is pretty much here I have been wearing scarves almost everyday now. They keep you warm and stylish at the same time! That being said, even throwing on some tights can allow you to keep wearing your favourite skirts all year long. I love this skirt for it cinches me perfectly in the waist, and the lace detailing as it adds that feminine touch. To finish the outfit off I paired it with these comfy booties I got in Harajuku, so I could last walking in them all day! 

Autumn Leaves

The weather in Tokyo has been amazing lately and I have been taking full advantage of it by wearing all my skirts and shorts before the weather gets too cold. For this look I wanted to focus on my top. I find it difficult to come across cute pieces that have a great back detailing, so there was no way I was walking away from it. I think it adds so much to the outfit especially since you wouldn't expect it. Finally, since I'm wearing all neutral colors I couldn't help but add a pop of leopard to complete the look!;) 

Russian Red

I wore this outfit shopping the other day in Shibuya as I was wanting to go for more of a bold look. I rarely ever wear more than a nude or pink lip, so I went for this bright red one from M.A.C. called "Russian Red". It got me excited to start trying different colored lipsticks so I will definitely be on the hunt for some new shades this fall/ winter! 

Also lately I have been obsessed with buying jewelry, and my newest edition is this necklace from Les Signes in the OIOI department store. I chose this necklace for this outfit as it paired well with my red lip and dressed up the clothes. It's crazy how just a few accessories can enhance your look..probably why I can't leave the house without them!
